Demarcating the house of Mirza Muhammad Sadiq [possibly the cousin of Shaykh Abu Turab], determining the shares [of his brothers and cousins] and the shares of the inheritors of the late Shaykh Abu Turab. Shaykh Muhammad Husayn, Shaykh Muhammad Hashim, and Shaykh Zayn al-‘Abidin [Shaykh Abu Turab's brothers], as the guardians of the underage children; Shaykh Yahya on behalf of the adult children; and ‘Abd al-Riza on behalf of Shaykh Abu Turab's wife [‘Izzat Nisa’ Baygum], the daughter of Haj Mir Mu’min, settled on these divisions.

Dividing the inheritance of Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters, 1874
Sa‘id al-Mulk's landed properties are divided among his three daughters, who have inherited them. Husaynquli Khan and Mirza Salih Khan represent their wives (Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters) and Shahzadah Khanum represents Nusrat al-Dawlah, who is the guardian of the underage Zinat Taj Khanum. The document lists the properties and shares of each party; part of the shared property remained undivided for everyone's benefit.

Settlement of a garden, 1831
A garden in Mubarakah village had been purchased from Zayn al-‘Abidin by Haj Muhammad ‘Ali and his brother, Husayn, and then transferred from Husayn to Aqa ‘Ali, son of Haj Muhammad ‘Ali. On August 13, 1831, Aqa ‘Ali and his children, ‘Abd Allah and Khanum Jan, transferred the ownership of the garden to Mashhadi Hasan, in exchange for ten tumans. On December 23, 1831 (verso), Mashhadi Hasan sold this property to his brother, Aqa Muhammad, for fifteen tumans. Settlement between Mirza Muhammad Sadiq al-Mulk, head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Karbalayi Muhammad (known as Dih Bashi), over one-sixth and a half of a building located in Sangilaj. Settlement between Karbalayi Muhammad Dih Bashi, as the executor of his brother's (the late Karbalayi Muhammad Taqi) will, and Shaykh ‘Abd al-Husayn, as attorney of Haji Muhammad Najmabadi (the guardian of Karbalayi Muhammad Taqi’s underage children), over one-sixth and a half of a building worth fifty tumans.

Settlement and will of Haji Mulla Husayn, 1882
The document reads in part: Haji Mulla Husayn, the preacher, settled 1500 tumans with three of his sons, Mirza Muhammad Riza Khadim, Shaykh Muhammad Baqir, and Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli, for a man [three kilograms] of salt. If the settlor dies and the two underage sons [Shaykh Muhammad Baqir and Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli] are adults at the time of executing the will, the settled money, 1500 tumans, should be used for the expenses of the burial, funeral, and other religious duties. Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars. Dividing the inheritance of Sayyid Ibrahim, 1921
After listing the properties of Haji Sayyid Kazim Aqa, his mother (Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum), and inheritors of the late Mashhadi Sayyid Ibrahim, the share of inheritance of Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum, the mahr of Fatimah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Ibrahim) and of Sayyidah Sakinah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Kazim) were determined. Then Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum settled her share with Sayyid Kazim and inheritors of Sayyid Ibrahim; Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum will hold ownership of her household items, clothing, and her gold. Also, custodians of underage children have been determined.

After the death of Narjis Khatun, daughter of Mir Muhsin Aqa Tajir (merchant) from Usku, her inheritors were her mother, Asiyah Khanum; her husband, Haji Sayyid Riza; and her three children, Aminah Khatun, Mir Abu al-Hasan, and Sayyid Husayn. Haji Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali, with the power of attorney from his mother, Asiyah Khanum, settles her share of inheritance with Haji Sayyid Muhammad, who has the power of attorney from his brother, Haji Sayyid Riza, father and guardian of Narjis Khatun's three underage children, in exchange for three thousand seven hundred tumans.
